Wellbeing Workshops
Business Managing Stress & Anxiety
Did you know?
In 2022, The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development produced a Health and Wellbeing at Work survey report in partnership with Simplyhealth, which showed that stress continues to be one of the main causes of short and long-term absence. Overall, nearly four-fifths (79%) of respondents reported some stress-related absence in their organisation over that year.
As a wellbeing expert, who recognises that stress can place immense demands on employees' physical and mental health, and affect their behaviour, performance, and relationships with colleagues, I am delighted to be collaborating with two other wellbeing experts to offer a 90-minute informative and experiential stress and anxiety management workshop that will:
-
Teach participants how to cope with external and internal sources of stress that affect their productivity, health, and general wellbeing.
-
Enable employees to understand, manage stress more efficiently and build resilience.
-
Provide a variety of skills and techniques to bring about calm and focus.
Additionally, at the end of the workshop, there will be an opportunity for a Q&A and employees will receive handouts they can take away showing some of the tools learnt at the workshop.
This interactive workshop, which offers value, expertise and flexibility, can be delivered in person or online.
Maximum number of attendees is 25.
