Limiting thoughts and beliefs are like mental roadblocks that hold you back. They’re the negative ideas you have about yourself and the world that make you doubt what you can achieve.  They can be like little voices in your head saying, “you’re not good enough” or “you will never succeed.” 


These thoughts can stop you from trying new things or reaching your goals because you believe that you just can’t do it.
