A phobia is an intense irrational fear or a specific object, situation, or activity.  It’s a type of anxiety disorder where the fear goes beyond the normal levels and can interfere with daily life. 


People with phobias often go to great lengths to avoid the object of their fear and even thinking about it, can trigger intense anxiety or panic attacks.


So why use Tapping….. 

EFT can be helpful for phobias because it helps calm your mind and body’s response to the fear.  By tapping on specific points while thinking about the phobia, it can gradually reduce the intensity of the fear reaction.


Tapping can help you feel more relaxed and less afraid when faced with the object or situation with triggers your phobia.  It’s a way to take control of your fear and gradually overcome it.
